North York Lawyers: Altmid Roll & Associates
Altmid Roll & Associates is an association of lawyers operating as sole practitioners within the same office. Together, we we have several decades of experience in business law, family law, real estate law, employment law, estate law, and commercial litigation, and we often work together when clients have needs in more than one legal area.
Adam Altmid practices business law, real estate law and estate law. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1996, Adam has a business background and spent several years in business management. He uses this to the advantage of small businesses, entrepreneurs and investors by providing his clients with practical, cost-efficient solutions for his clients. Adam is significantly involved in charitable work and is currently chairman of the Board for the Polycultural Immigrant and Community Services organization.
Tilda Roll was called to the Bar in 1993 and practiced with several firms before founding her own practice in 2001. She practices complex family law, employment law and commercial litigation at the trial and appeal level. She has also been appointed to the Dispute Resolution Office, which helps couples resolve their cases before going to a motion or trial. Appointments recognize practitioners with a record of success resolving complicated family conflicts through alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Tilda was an instructor for the Bar Admissions Course with the Law Society of Upper Canada, and is also busy as a mother of three active children.
Our clients come to us from all over North York, the GTA and nearby areas, including Vaughan, Mississauga and Scarborough. Most of our clientele comes to us by referral from former clients or other lawyers.
